The En-ROADs workshop is an interactive group learning experience using an on-line model that simulates the global climate, now and in the future. Participants choose various policy and technology actions and immediately see the results as improvements in the future outlook. We examine equity issues implied in these actions, and also engage with the emotional dimensions of this experience. The model, called En-ROADS was developed by MIT Sloan and is based on peer-reviewed science.
